Subject: Please do not rezone SE Corner Linder/Chinden
I am a resident of the paramount neighborhood and I am very concerned about the proposal to rezone SE corner
of linder/chinden to C-G.
Chinden Road does not seem fit to handle the current amount of traffic, let alone the amount of traffic that
would be generated by the proposed commercial development.
The proposed plan calls for adding additional traffic signals, which would mean there would be more than one
light per half mile of roadway--which i believe is the current requirement for the type of roadway Chinden is
classed as.
Additionally, as a resident in the area I am worried about the impact the proposed facility would have on
property values in our area.
Thank you for your time.
