Chinden Road does not seem fit to handle the current amount of traffic, let alone the amount of traffic that would be generated by the proposed commercial development. The proposed plan calls for adding additional traffic signals, which would mean there would be more than one light per half mile of roadway--which i believe is the current requirement for the type of roadway Chinden is classed as. Additionally, as a resident in the area I am worried about the impact the proposed facility would have on property values in our area. Thank you for your time. Casey Babendure
