Hello Ms. Sonya Allen,
We are a military family who are currently serving out of state but are concerned about the zoning change proposal for
the Linder Village on Chinden and Linder. We wish we could attend the upcoming planning meeting about the zoning
change but are not able to do so.
We still own our home in Paramount, and it would back up to the proposed business development. We bought our
home knowing that the area right behind our home was zoned for residential use only and trusted that there would be
homes built there, not businesses. The new business development would change our quiet peaceful street into a busy
thoroughfare. This is not acceptable. Please do not allow this zoning change.
